Click the swap icon on any GM slot to seat a custom coach. Give them a name and describe their style, voice, and analytical priorities — GM-3x adopts their character for the rest of the session. Use this to simulate any coach, theorist, or approach you want to explore.

Chess Engine

Position evaluation is powered by Stockfish — an open-source chess engine consistently ranked among the strongest in the world. GM-3x uses Stockfish v10, running locally in your browser as a Web Worker (no moves are sent to any server for evaluation).

Stockfish is released under the GNU General Public License v3 (GPL v3), which permits free use, modification, and redistribution. Developed by Tord Romstad, Marco Costalba, Joona Kiiski, Gary Linscott, and the Stockfish community. Source and full license: stockfishchess.org
